Musicism

guitarism.jpgI play the guitar in my spare time or on rainy days. In the morning or in the afternoon, I play some tunes and sing songs. I never do it in front of you all, but I wish I could in the future. Maybe I will. Maybe. Not sure.

keyboardism.jpgI play the piano, too. I can play the guitar better than the piano, but I often play it at midnight with headphones. I can't sing while playing the piano, but I'm making an effort to learn it.

Playing the instruments is a recreation for me.

I have never played the guitar but I like listenig to a tune on the guitar. You sometimes play it in our seminar room, don't you? I always find your guitar relaxing because you play it in a low tone like background music.

Also I like playing the piano. Sometimes I feel like singing at the piano in my spare time. But the accompaniment I play is really easy. Do you know the monthly Piano magazine? Only in Japanese, I'm afraid. But this magazine shows you some recent interesting tunes.

I envy you two because I can play neither the guitar nor the piano. I've tried to play the piano by myself once, but I gave it up. It was too difficult! I couldn't move my fingers as I wanted. When did you started practicing playing the piano or the guitar? What made you start it?

I took piano lessons from kindergarten until three years ago. At first, I didn't like playing the piano because my mother forced me to do it. But now I thank her for having made me take the lessons.

Since I stopped playing the piano regularly, I can't move my fingers as easily as I used to. So I understand your impatience with fingers that don't move as you want them to.

Practice makes perfect!

I think you have a musical talent! I have heard you play the guitar sometimes, but never the piano. I hope you will play some tunes for me someday.

By the way, is the hand in the picture yours? In the picture, there are piano keys and a guitar. How did you manag to take them? I find this rather miraculous.

I did it in very simple way.

I took two pictures with my father's keitai, which has a built-in camera.

About the Guitarism.jpg: I took only the picture of my guitar, so I doesn't appear in the Guitarism.jpg.

First, I put my guitar on the chair and sat down on the floor. Second, I took the picture of the guitar while holding its body. But I took this picture so that it looks like its being shaken (I mean, being played.) So I shook it a little bit while pressing the shutter. I devised that method. Success!

The Keyboardism.jpg was simpler to take. First, I sat on the chair in front of my piano. Second, I played the F/A (F key on A) with my left hand as the picture shows. Third, I leaned back and took the picture. That's all.

Next, please show us your brother's guitar or your piano. I'm looking forward to seeing them.

I started self-practice on the guitar when I was eighteen. My uncle gave me the instrument and then I started to play. But of course, I had a hard time playing those six strings.

I am not sure when I started to play the piano, but not so early. Sorry.

I think you can play the guitar well! You sometimes play it in front of your friends. When I hear your guitar, I always feel comfortable.

By the way, you are good at playing the piano, too! When I heard you play it, I thought you were nice.
